Order discussion thread - Verdigris - 03-29-2018

anyone else who wants to participate can just jump in
alright so there were some things I thought we should talk about regarding the Commonwealth just so we know what we're doing
so this will be the general planning thread
first off, we should probably decide on the group name
specifically, whether we want to keep it as the Commonwealth of Eternal Legacies, or change it to something more fitting to a group of a smaller size
I'd like to figure this out first so that I can go ahead and request the group prefix from Crows, that way organizing all our threads should be easier

I was thinking maybe for now, since it’s kinda small, we could call it the Order of Eternal Legacies, rather than the Commonwealth?
kinda like the Order of the Stick or something

I'm gonna go ahead and tag the leaving thread with it, and I'll get a meeting-ish thread up sometime this week (hopefully tomorrow assuming my homework's not too bad)
second matter of discussion: how do you guys think we can get some more members?
we can probably do okay with three people for now, but it'd be easier to plot and such if we have at least a few more
maybe IC recruitment could be a thing? I don't really know how that would work but it might be interesting to try

yeah I think it'd be great, but it'd have to be handled carefully because ICly the other groups wouldn't be down with the Order stealing their members
so maybe it'd be more like "ayyyy y'all wanna protect the world? have a dual alliance with us"
also for the first meeting do you guys think it should be:
a) arriving at the territory and preparing to go stockpile food and herbs for sustenance, or
b) the night after they arrive and get their stuff together, so they can discuss what they're actually gonna do?
