are staff able to read a person's drafts?
I mostly ask because I put jokes and silly placeholders in drafts that I plan to finish later and I'm curious if anyone can actually read them

sadly no! we can see your notes, but i believe the only way to see drafts if an admin were to ninja your way into your account, and that's something that obviously doesn't happen often.
