She blinked and nodded, saying softly as she handed Eddie a small bottle of pills, "These are some painkillers. Give them to him if his head starts hurting a lot."

Richie made a soft noise and leaned against the smaller boy a bit. The nurse nodded, saying softly, "Yes, he can. Like I said, he doesn't have an actual concussion, just might have a bump on the side of his head. He should be able to sleep."

The nurse nodded a bit and gave them both a smile, saying softly, "I hope things go well for you both, boys." She then went to bustle off and do some paperwork. Richie said softly as he sighed, "I hate everything..."

"Oh yeah, sure we are." He said sarcastically, feeling a faint tremble run right down his spine. He was trying to seem calm, but he was scared, and upset.
