rehab is where you go when you're addicted to something. you stay until you're not addicted anymore

(Well that sounds like absolute hell. And where I live we don't do that. The rehab things we have around here are just like therapy. You just go for a session every day or every few days.)
Sherlock was currently in the cab, sitting close to John. His knee was bouncing slightly in anticipation. His eyes were slightly wide. He looked almost afraid.

Sherlcok closed his eyes, drawing in a deep breath before opening his eyes. He glanced over at John. He held his hand. "John...I..." he trailed off. He glanced over when the cab stopped. He waited a momemt before getting out of the cab.
