just curious as to what the plan is for the nd and the badlands, who each only have one leader applicant? are those applicants going to become leader automatically if no one else applies, no voting needed? or is it going to be extended until there's more applicants?

I'm really sorry but I'm going to have to withdraw due to lack of muse and some irl issues.
