idk probably not one hundred percent like her but she would to an extent like her and i see them getting high together and going to parties together
and she would've just been very much "i don't want to be here" but since he's so patient her typical tactics to getting foster parents to hate her doesn't work
&& demi would look at him with such fear when she sees him holding the jacket but once she realises he doesn't know what it is, she relaxes and just like "uhhh i got it from a friend"

plus the are the same age and i could see when they are either high or drunk, acting like complete best friends which is completely different then when they are sober

since they're basically new in his world, he's going to be kind of,,, offish about them. he's going to present himself kindly, be a gentleman, but i imagine him just coming home to like two girls or one, depending who's coming first and like, maybe he's in his boxers or something eating some ramen noodles and then he's just like "lamp, why are you adopting again?" he calls him lamp.

also i think they would probably know each other? back when she was thirteen lights was her foster parents for a little bit and i think that's when dakota first went to lights house too when he was fifteen? she just left for a little bit but then lights adopted her after her last foster home she was in cx

okay. well, he would know her and be 10/10 be comfortable being in his boxers because it's home and she's his sister, but with demi (if she's new) it'd be completely different and he'd be just be like, "what the hell" except if they knew each other from school for instance, he'd just go "hey demi" and pass by her like a grown man you barely knew in his boxers is normal. if ya'll are introduced once, dakota is basically your friend.

demi is new, fairly new to the town area whatever and she ditches school a lot so while he may recognise her, she probably doesn't recognise him
omg [i]lamp but omg and demi just be like "who the hell are you?" and just very confused by this random dude who is half naked and just she doesn't know how to feel about dakota that he takes her off guard and isn't met by her usual sarcastic tone and rude comment
