PERSONALITY
The first thing one might notice about Maria is that she is very reserved. Though not shy in the slightest, she is naturally introverted and will not directly place herself in conversation. This trait often makes her appear egotistical, which in times, which is far from the truth. Maria is very focused on succeeding and learning. She has perfectionistic tendencies in which she tries to execute things in the best manner possible, often causing her to overthink. She can also be rather temperamental and is prone to rapid mood changes based on any given situation. Hotheaded anger can often make her very bold, in which she may deliver sarcastic, snappish remarks. Maria is also very selfish, as she has the lean to keep herself or the ones she cares about alive. APPEARANCE
reference – Though she would never admit it nor believe it due to the emotionally harsh upbringing she endured, Maria has developed into a lovely young woman, the epitome of grace and beauty. Her frame is small and slender, but years of dancing has kept her lean and athletic. Though not particularly strong, she can hold her own. She has a very feminine, hourglass figure which she hides beneath baggy clothing if at all possible.

Her face is very angular in appearance -- elvish, if you will. Highset cheekbones are carved into her features, as well as a very structured jaw, giving her a very regal look. Her lips are naturally plump and rosy, and her olive complexion holds a soft, red tinge to it, especially present on her nose and cheeks. Set beneath sharply arched eyebrows are lovely almond-shaped eyes, which are always very expressive and a lovely chocolate brown in color. In the sunlight, soft golden flecks often appear in them. Her hair, which is usually cropped short above her shoulders, is slightly wavy, and dark like a raven's wing.
