It had been about a week later. They had found a safe place to live for the time being. Shiva's wound were starting to heal. The group had been growing closer. Daryl was currently on lookout outside of the house.

carl was outside, sitting in the field near the big house they had found. he assumed it was some sort of estate used back when slavery was a thing and had then been used for educational purposes. he sighed softly, looking at the grass and flowers around, cleaning his gun quietly.
murphy really wasn't one to wander unless he wanted to get away, and he really did not want to wander off or leave. he moved onto the porch and blinked. "oh. hey." the new yorker greeted.

Ten soon moved outside, along with Shiva. Shiva stopped, glancing at Carl. She stopped, suddenly crouching down a bit. She then shifted, her eyes fixed on Carl. She stalked forward a bit before suddenly rushing at Carl and playfully pouncing on him.
Daryl glanced over. "Hey." He greeted. "You alright?" He asked.

carl gasped before laughing softly. "hey, you scared me, girl." he said and pet her neck gently. he then looked at ten. "hey." he said and smiled slightly.
murphy nodded. "yeah. that diego kid is just complaining that he's hungry. i think hes high." he chuckled.
