His entire face lit up as Danny called him sweetheart, and he ignored Robyn laughing in the background. He said, smiling and nodding, "Alright, be there as soon as I can." He hung up and bounced happily on his toes, grabbing his keys and putting Danny's number in his phone. Robyn said, still laughing, "You're totally into her!" Newt said loudly as he headed for his car, humming, "Fuck off!"

It was only a bit before Newt pulled up behind Danny's car, a spare tire tucked into his trunk. He had realized halfway through the drive that he was wearing casual clothes and an old binder that was definitely straining against his ribs, and wasn't helping much. He sighed as he hopped out of the car, pulling his jacket close around his chest before greeting Danny with a smile, "Hello there, damsel in distress."

A little smile spread across his face, and he tried to keep the flush across his cheeks hidden as he quickly turned his head back towards his car, saying quietly, "I brought a spare tire, and stuff to change it in case you didn't have it~"
