You know I've always hated the saying "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" in regards to revenge. My thoughts on this are more of "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind but if we're all blind then we can't see differences in each other." Sometimes people need to feel the pain they project, without that understanding you will never be accepting of another person whether they're kind to you or not.
