As the other smiled, Richie felt his face grow a bit red and his entire body flood with warmth. He loved making Eddie smile, especially nowadays, and he couldn't help but be happy. When the other spoke, he opened his mouth to protest, but just huffed, saying quietly, "Fine, you can pay for that, I suppose. And no throwing stuff at me, you ass."

He yelped and pulled his leg back, glaring at the other but smiling. He surged forward to grab the stick and push it into the other's chest, not hard enough that he was actually hitting him, just stopping him from whacking him again, "You little shit~!"
