so hayley is my new muse baby, very vaguely based off of hayley marshall from the originals. pregnant from a one night stand, never had much of a family, desperate to call a place home and keep her unborn child safe. at the moment, she's twenty-three and twelve weeks pregnant; i'm doing her pregnancy double time because i'm impatient asf. she's pretty nice, but she gives what she gets, so however you treat her is generally returned. she's a little stressed out over the prospect of being a single mother, but she does her best not to let her fears show. she definitely has a maternal instinct over kids, but she's also hormonal enough to kick an ass if she needs to.
she's open to pretty much everything, but some ideas for plots and threads:
- pregnancy things; folklore to tell the gender, someone holding her hair back while she pukes, help vetting baby names, help with the nursery she's working on, just feeling the baby kick.
- parenting advice from any characters who've had children.
- check up's from any characters with medical training.
- cleaning and dusting with her.
- help working on the chickens, rabbits, or food growing.
- just sitting and talking and having them good tender moments by the fireplace or on the stairs outside.
- possible? romance? i'd like it to slow burn and develop icly, and she wouldn't really want to hop into anything officially until the baby's born sometime in february, so it's the long haul. she's bisexual, with no clear preference at the moment.
- playing board games together. monopoly, life, risk, battleship; some might serve better with a group of three characters, but i'm fine playing any of them with two. there's also cards, chess, checkers, pretty much any game you want.
- walking and talking. maybe they just want to keep hayley company while she's out and about, maybe they're concerned for her being alone and pregnant, maybe they just want to check the borders with her. fun conversations can be had all around though.
- like anything? if you've got a dope idea, i'm totally down!
she's closed to death, capture, anything that could hurt the baby, and, y'know, pregnancy.
